People do not realise how much potential they have, because over the years we always have an adult/friend or someone that tells us we aren´t GOOD enough.

What does that even mean? 
Everyone is good. Of course we all make mistakes, but that is human, you can´t expect someone to do every single thing right, because that is when you are not sincere with yourself, because you do NOT do everything correct. 

Stop being harsh to yourself and start working for what you REALLY want, and not expectations of others.
